BAYOU BIRDIE
Thank you for reaching out regarding your upcoming event! We appreciate the opportunity to support charitable endeavors within our community. At BAYOU BIRDIE CO., while we do not provide pure donations, we are proud to offer three programs designed to assist with your event:
Programs Listed Below:
1. Charity Price Program – Enjoy discounted purchase prices on select items for your event.
2. 1-for-1 Program – For every item you purchase, receive an additional item of equal value at no extra cost.
3. Vendor Opportunity – If you allow us a vendor booth at your event, we will return 10% of all sales to your charity or event. We will also donate a golf bag for your event ($325 value).
Charity/Event must follow below guidelines to be considered for these programs;
a. Charity or Events Request must be submitted at least two months prior to your event.
b. Payment is required one month before the event.
c. Requests should be submitted sales@bayoubirdie.com, including event details such as date, location, beneficiary organization, and website if available.
d. An email address is necessary for order processing; a flyer may be requested.
e. All sales are final.
***Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, as BAYOU BIRDIE CO. reserves the right to approve or deny any applications at our sole discretion.
